Novartis Vaccine Stock Supply

In order to ensure efficient and timely supply of vaccines, Novartis Vaccines will be delivering direct to pharmacy.  
In order for you to benefit from this you will need to download the forms below, fill them in and send them to 
Novartis Vaccines Customer Services (Details at bottom of this page).
 Stock is being ring fenced for pharmacy and this will ensure you have access to this stock.

Please note if you use the Novartis Vaccines training you will need to use Novartis Vaccine for the Novartis Private PGD's. 


Please Note - For the NHS service you may use any vaccine.


To order Novartis Vaccines it is vital you fill the forms in below and return them before 31st July 2014  for you to be 
included in the first delivery of vaccine.  

This process is for the independent or chain pharmacies  whose 
head office do not deal with Novartis Vaccines direct.
